The FRIE Library and Information Science Society, established under the Foundation for Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (FRIE), is a professional platform committed to promoting knowledge sharing, research, and professional growth in library and information science. It brings together librarians, information professionals, researchers, and students to exchange ideas and encourage innovation in library services, open access, and information management. The Society organizes seminars, workshops, training programmes, and readers’ forums to support lifelong learning, community participation, and information literacy. It also contributes to scholarly communication through newsletters, research articles, and resource guides, while extending knowledge access through outreach programmes and digital resource support.
