Note on Awards Offered by the FRIE Arts and Humanities Society – 2025
The Foundation for Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (FRIE) Arts and Humanities Society is pleased to announce the institution of Awards for the year 2025 to recognize excellence, creativity, and innovation in the fields of arts, literature, philosophy, culture, and humanities. These awards will honor professionals, academicians, researchers, writers, and practitioners who have made remarkable contributions to advancing human knowledge, cultural heritage, creativity, and intellectual thought.
Proposed Award Categories
General Categories
- Lifetime Achievement Award – for distinguished service and outstanding contributions to the field of arts and humanities.
- Excellence in Teaching – for innovative and impactful teaching practices in literature, philosophy, fine arts, performing arts, cultural studies, or related fields.
- Young Researcher – for early-career researchers (below 40 years) who have demonstrated excellence in research publications, creative works, or projects in arts and humanities.
- Creative Innovator – for outstanding artistic or cultural initiatives that have demonstrated originality, creativity, and social or cultural impact.
- Best Research/Creative Workn– for high-quality, original, and impactful scholarly or creative works in arts, literature, philosophy, or related disciplines.
Special Recognition Categories
- Women Achiever in Arts and Humanities – to honor exemplary contributions by women scholars, artists, or cultural leaders.
- Cultural Preservation and Promotion – for individuals, institutions, or organizations that have made significant contributions to preserving and promoting cultural heritage, traditions, and languages.
- Best Student Talent – for undergraduate or postgraduate students who have displayed exceptional talent in research, literature, arts, or cultural projects.
- Community Impact – for artistic, literary, or cultural initiatives that have positively contributed to societal awareness and development.
- Outstanding Mentor – for academicians, writers, or artists who have guided students, researchers, or emerging talents towards excellence in arts and humanities.
Nominations for the awards will be invited shortly from eligible professionals. The evaluation will be based on professional achievements, creative excellence, innovative practices, leadership, and contributions to the advancement of knowledge, culture, and society through arts and humanities.
The award presentation ceremony will be held in February 2026 at Jaipur, in a special function organized by the FRIE Arts and Humanities Society.
Through these awards, FRIE seeks to recognize and celebrate outstanding contributions in the arts and humanities, thereby inspiring professionals, academicians, researchers, artists, and students to continue their pursuit of excellence, creativity, and service to society.
